Job Summary

Preparation of VAT return using Sage

Payment of all subcontractors including RCT registration

Payment of all suppliers

Preparation of bi monthly reports for management

Management of fleet to include taxation, insurance and DOE Testing

Administrative support to Health and Safety Consultant

Collate hours and carry out payment run on a weekly basis

The Ideal Candidate will be

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sage and be familiar with ROS.

Self starter who works on their own initiative.

Previous experience with a construction company would be desirable but not essential.
