I had solar panels installed by FT Energy in August last year, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. When I first began looking into solar, I reached out to several companies for quotes on a 7kW system (around 15–16 panels) with the option of adding a battery. Michael from FT Energy was the first to respond, and right from our initial meeting my wife and I felt completely at ease. There was no faffing about, no pushy sales pitch—just clear, honest, easy to understand information. Every question we had was answered in the same straightforward manner.
