Experienced tradesman wanted!

Here at NRR Renovations we are looking for a multi-skilled carpenter, multi-skilled labourer or 3rd/4th year apprentice to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, work methodically, take responsibility for their tasks and take pride in their work. We offer a wide range of services so, while this is not a position suitable for someone without experience, a willingness to learn and take on a variety of work would be an advantage.

This will be a full time position with a competitive rate of pay. We are currently a small team looking to grow so there will be a lot of opportunity for the right candidate to excel. Future benefits may include use of a company vehicle.

One of our current projects is a full renovation of a derelict property and its grounds. Since the site had gone many years without maintenance the ground was very uneven, there was a lot of debris and plant life was causing obstructions.

To ensure safety on site for anyone on foot as well as allow safe access and manoeuvrability for machinery and vehicles site clearance was our priority. With the vegetation removed visibility on site was greatly improved. This not only increased safety on site but allowed for a clearer image of the site and its potential.

Another reroof completed ✅

Since Storm Eowyn many homes and businesses have needed urgent repairs.
Here at NRR we have been doing our best to get to as many as possible to restore peace of mind after a stressful time.

This roof needed taken off and replaced due to extensive damage but is now fully restored.

After the burst pipe caused the original floor so much damage we are delighted to say we've fully restored this room to it's original beauty.

The original floor and sub floor all had to be taken up and the area allowed to dry before we could start replacing the floor. We used imitation oak flooring so aesthetically the floor looks just as it did before the flood.

Recently got an emergency call out from a local Vodafone Shop in Claremorris to repair damage caused by Storm Eowyn. We replaced the backing boards, sealed up the area that was letting water in and it is now ready for signage.

21 rooms started after Christmas now complete and being handed back today! A clean and modern finish. We hope they will be enjoyed by their guests in 2025.

A lot of water was discovered after removing the subfloor and membrane. A wet vac was used to remove the water followed by dehumidifiers and heaters for 4 days to bring the concrete to the correct moisture level. We can finally start our new subfloor today, lets see if we can knock this one out before the weekend!😄
