We Won! 🏆 Graepels are proud to announce that our Titanic Picture Perf installation at Camden Fort Meagher has been awarded Best Restoration Project at the Irish Steel Awards last Friday!

Overlooking Titanic’s final port of call, this shimmering, perforated artwork is more than a tribute — it’s an intersection of heritage, engineering, and storytelling. Crafted from marine-grade aluminium and created in collaboration with historians and volunteers, it now stands as a focal point for reflection, education, and pride.

We’re proud to have contributed to the transformation of this historic former school building in Glasgow into a welcoming, contemporary space.

One of our favourite details: the laser-cut Corten steel entrance panels, inspired by interior tile patterns used in the original design. The resulting play of light and shadow — especially with the reflections across the reception floor.

This project is a great example of how collaboration and creative thinking (including some value engineering) can elevate even the most functional elements.

Here’s a glimpse of a recent project in Warrington — a sleek set of Slotted Woven Mesh Divider Panels crafted for an Independent Furniture Company in Edinburgh.

Designed for strength and style, these panels feature 10 mm slotted apertures and 3 mm wire, creating a clean, linear aesthetic that’s as durable as it is refined.

It is always rewarding to see our woven mesh taking shape in various interiors. 👏
