RAMBUTAN SOLAR (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a dynamic and growing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company focused on small-scale solar projects, is seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our core team. We are looking for self-starters who are ready to build a career in the renewable energy sector.
OPEN POSITIONS (Minimum Core Staff)
We are recruiting for the following foundational roles:
1. SOLAR PROJECT ENGINEER / DESIGNER (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies.
* Designing efficient On-Grid and Off-Grid PV systems using industry-standard software.
* Preparing technical drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and project documentation.
* Providing technical support to the installation team.
Qualifications & Skills:
* B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Renewable Energy.
* Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst).
* Strong technical and analytical skills.
2. INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
* Executing the physical installation of solar panels, mounting structures, and electrical components.
* Performing DC and AC wiring, earthing, and commissioning activities.
* Ensuring installations adhere to technical specifications and safety standards.
* Assisting with maintenance and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Skills:
* ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent certification.
* Proven hands-on experience in solar installation work is preferred.
* Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES EXECUTIVE (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying and developing new business leads and sales opportunities.
* Managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts.
* Coordinating with local authorities (e.g., DISCOMs) for Net Metering and regulatory approvals.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proven track record in sales or customer relationship management.
* Knowledge of the solar industry is an advantage.
