Urgently requires a Civil Engineer to join our new project at Tirur - This role will be responsible for all tasks dealing with government departments taking approvals in the assigned projects. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Job Description
- Site Experience in high rise building is mandatory
-Coordination with consultant and client
- Experienced in site quantity calculations and measurement
- Create / Design full drawings according to the client and government requirements independently
- Coordinate with all Government department for approvals
- Prepare full set of drawings including M-Book, time sheet preparation
- Manage sites and arrange work force and manpower according to project requirements
- Create shop drawings according to the contract specifications
- Manage progress of civil work and coordinate jobs with subcontractors , site technicians and office
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
Skills/Qualifications
- Site experience mandatory
- 2+ years experience (B.Tech / M.Tech/ Diploma can apply)
- Experience working on commercial projects
- Must be degree educated - Civil Engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max and photoshop
