Við útbjuggum stálgám með eldvörn til að geyma olíur og smurefni á öruggan hátt.
Veggir og loft voru klædd með eldföstum plötum (Knauf), en neðri hluti veggjanna með Ammrok sementplötum fyrir aukinn styrk og eldþol.
Allar samskeytingar voru vandlega þéttar.
Verkið innihélt suðu, grindargerð og uppsetningu gifsplatna.

🔧 Fire-Protected Container – Palli Smiður ehf

We prepared a steel container with fire protection for safe storage of oils and lubricants.
Walls and ceiling were covered with Knauf fire-resistant boards, while the lower part of the walls was reinforced with Ammrok cement boards for extra durability and fire resistance.
All joints were carefully sealed.
The project included welding, framing, and drywall installation.

• Trimmed 8 door frames for perfect fit.
• Adjusted and reinstalled 3 thresholds with glue and silicone.
• Installed Premium Sound 3.0 ALI underlayment.

Concrete walls and ceilings framed with timber.
Covered with rockwool for insulation.
Plastic barrier installed, and all connections sealed with tape.
OSB plates and gypsum used for finishing.
