Nuovo impianto fotovoltaico per il plant di FAB Srl a Brendola (Vicenza).

Nel plant di Brendola, 𝗙𝗔𝗕 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 ha recentemente completato e reso operativo un 𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘃𝗼 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗱𝗮 𝟭𝟭𝟱 𝗸𝗪.

L’impianto consente di coprire 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗹 𝟰𝟲% 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 e contribuisce a una 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝘂𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗶 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲, supportando concretamente il nostro percorso verso una produzione più efficiente e sostenibile.

New photovoltaic system at 𝗙𝗔𝗕’s Brendola (Vicenza) plant

At the Brendola facility, 𝗙𝗔𝗕 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 has recently completed and brought online a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝟭𝟭𝟱 𝗸𝗪 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺.

The system makes it possible to cover up 𝘁𝗼 𝟰𝟲% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁’𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 and contributes to a sig𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀, actively supporting our path toward more efficient and sustainable production.

Nuovo investimento tecnologico per FAB Group Vicenza.

Nel nostro stabilimento di Vicenza è stata installata e già resa operativa una nuova isola automatizzata di pressofusione completa di trancia, basata sulla macchina 2P 1400 Colosio.

Questo importante investimento rafforza il parco macchine esistente, ora composto da 8 isole automatizzate che coprono tonnellaggi da 300 a 1400 tonnellate.

La nuova macchina amplia ulteriormente la nostra capacità produttiva nella pressofusione di alluminio, garantendo precisione, controllo digitale dei parametri di processo e continuità produttiva.

Un passo concreto verso il futuro della produzione di FAB Group.

New technological investment for FAB Group Vicenza.

At our Vicenza facility, a new automated die-casting cell has been installed and is already fully operational. The cell is complete with trimming press and is based on the 2P 1400 Colosio machine.

This important investment strengthens our existing machine park, which now includes 8 automated cells covering clamping forces from 300 to 1400 tons.

The new machine further expands our production capacity in aluminum high-pressure die casting, ensuring precision, digital control of process parameters, and production continuity.

A concrete step toward the future of FAB Group’s manufacturing.

Il reparto conchiglia di FAB Group a Brendola si rinnova.
All’inizio del 2026 abbiamo ammodernato il reparto di colata in conchiglia a Brendola, unendo esperienza metallurgica e tecnologie avanzate per realizzare componenti in lega di alluminio ad alta precisione. Il parco macchine è stato potenziato con 8 nuove macchine basculanti (tecnologia Tilt), che garantiscono un riempimento fluido e privo di turbolenze, assicurando qualità elevata anche su componenti di grandi dimensioni (fino a 1000 × 800 mm).
Il processo in conchiglia offre:
• elevata ripetibilità e tolleranze strette, con riduzione dei sovrametalli e dei costi CNC;
• migliori prestazioni meccaniche grazie alla microstruttura a grana fine;
• idoneità ai trattamenti termici T4 e T6;
• realizzazione di geometrie complesse con anime in sabbia;
• solidità per applicazioni soggette a pressioni e carichi dinamici;
• costi di attrezzatura competitivi per lotti medio-piccoli.
Inoltre, il processo è più pulito rispetto alla fusione in terra, con controlli radiografici (X-Ray) per garantire integrità strutturale e tracciabilità completa dal lingotto al prodotto finito. Offriamo soluzioni 100% chiavi in mano, dalla fusione alle lavorazioni CNC fino all’assemblaggio.
Grazie al plant in Slovacchia (BCB), la divisione conchiglia dispone di 14 macchine operative, garantendo capacità produttiva e continuità.

FAB Group’s gravity die casting department in Brendola is being renewed
At the beginning of 2026, we modernized the gravity die casting department in Brendola, combining metallurgical expertise with advanced technologies to produce high-precision aluminum alloy components. The machine park has been upgraded with 8 new tilt machines (Tilt technology), ensuring smooth, turbulence-free mold filling and high quality even for large components (up to 1000 × 800 mm).
The gravity die casting process offers:
• high repeatability and tight tolerances, reducing excess machining and CNC costs;
• improved mechanical performance thanks to a fine-grain microstructure;
• suitability for T4 and T6 heat treatments;
• the ability to produce complex geometries using sand cores;
• structural strength for applications subject to pressure and dynamic loads;
• competitive tooling costs for medium-small production batches.
Additionally, the process is cleaner than traditional sand casting, with X-ray inspections to ensure structural integrity and full traceability from the ingot to the finished product. We provide 100% turnkey solutions, from casting to CNC machining and final assembly.
Thanks to our plant in Slovakia (BCB), the gravity division operates 14 machines, ensuring production capacity and continuity.

È già passata una settimana, ma l'energia di Norimberga si sente ancora!
Euroguss 2026 non è stata solo una fiera: sono stati 3 giorni intensi di confronto, tecnologia e, soprattutto, di connessioni umane. Per noi di è stato un piacere incontrare partner storici e nuovi volti del settore.
