the global meeting point for the packaging and processing sector, has come to a close.

Djazagro 2026: Thank you for joining us.
Four days of meetings, technology and passion for the agro-food industry.

Djazagro 2026 has come to a close and we are proud to have taken part in this important international agri‑food exhibition in Algiers.
At our stand, Fava Storci presented its latest innovations for pasta and couscous production—from advanced technologies for production process control to solutions that ensure consistently high quality finished products.
A special thank‑you goes to our partners:
Sircem S.p.A., experts in raw material feeding/handling equipment and the final stage of couscous production systems
Landucci S.r.l., specialists in the manaufacturing of dies, die washers, and cutters for pasta lines

Two days of discussion and innovation brought the key players of the pasta supply chain together in Florence.

Reminder!
Fiera Pastaria & Festival 2026 is nearly upon us! It will take place on March 30 and 31, 2026, in Florence at Stazione Leopolda.
Fava Storci will participate as Leading Sponsor and will make a presentation on the most advanced solutions the company has to offer the industry during the opening of the afternoon session of the Conference on March 30, entitled: “The Best of Product and Service Innovation”.
We will also be sponsoring the Academic Conference: “Rethinking Pasta: ingredients, structures, processes. New technological models ranging from nutrition to sustainability”, which will be introduced with a brief presentation by our CTO, Renato Dall’Agata, highlighting how Fava Storci interprets and responds to market needs.
An advanced laboratory press 55.1 80 STV will be on display at our booth. It has a capacity ranging from 15–30 kg/h for both short and long-cut pasta. It is a compact machine equipped with all the professional features of a high efficiency extruder.

Pastaria Fair & Festival 2026.

This year, we will once again take part in the Pastaria Fair & Festival, from March 30–31, 2026, Stazione Leopolda in Florence - an important occasion for the international pasta community to meet, exchange ideas and find out more about the industry.
Producers from all around the world are invited to join this key event, dedicated to machinery, ingredients, and services for pasta plants.
Over the two‑day programme, attendees will have the opportunity to meet leading players across the supply chain, discover the latest technological innovations, and participate in the Pastaria Festival conferences, the cultural nucleus and principal platform for exchange within the industry.
Admission is free and reserved for pasta producers; registration is the only requirement.
