Behind quality finishes, there is always rigorous logistical planning.
For our Milano and Firenze Towers project in Yerevan, we opened Atelier Italia: a showroom where future residents can design their homes by selecting exclusively from the Italian supply chain.

Opening this space responds to a very practical need: managing material procurement directly and transparently, allowing us to work without intermediaries with our country's manufacturers and to seamlessly integrate these supplies into the construction site.

Ensuring real performance in complex building projects requires complete alignment between design models and site ex*****on.

For the completion of the new ACBA Federation CJSC Headquarters in Yerevan, Armenia, site operations were structured around supply chain traceability, advanced HVAC engineering for indoor air quality, and active waste recovery plans.

Process monitoring and As-Built verification led to securing LEED Silver certification, reducing long-term operational risks and preserving asset value over time.

In large-scale civil and building projects, design models must withstand the daily realities of active site management, logistics constraints, and tight operational timelines.

In this second part of our technical visit with students and researchers from the Università Politecnica delle Marche, we brought the group inside the heart of an active multi-story construction site. Guided by our site engineers and project managers, we analyzed the direct ex*****on phase: structural assembly methods, material flow management, and the concrete implementation of QHSSE safety protocols in a complex site environment.

By walking through active construction zones and reviewing site planning workflows firsthand, participants experienced how systematic process control and risk management guarantee project continuity throughout the entire construction lifecycle.

Bringing university talent directly into active operations is fundamental for developing solid technical competencies and sharing operational method across our territories. Watch the video to see the second part of the field experience.

Walking together along the paths of Monte San Bartolo was not just a day outdoors, but a very practical way to test our capacity for teamwork directly on the ground. Facing steep inclines and complex passes requires the same method, the same risk management, and the same precision that we apply daily in executing our projects.

At Renco, we are convinced that operational continuity and the quality of results do not depend on abstract formulas, but on the solidity of human relationships and the alignment of people in the field.
