We are thrilled to share one of the first applications of the new iSMA CONTROLLI -IP controller, successfully commissioned in a modern office building in Gdaล„sk, Poland.

In this project, our long-term partner Marcin Oลผarowski from Proxit Sp. z o.o. completed one of the first real-life UAC28-IP field implementations in a commercial building.

The controller is used to manage a cooling station and is extended with the I/O expansion module. It handles local control logic, processes signals from the installation, communicates with field devices, and supervises key components of the cooling system.

Scope of the application:
โœ… Control and supervision of the cooling station.
โœ… Integration with the chiller.
โœ… Pump and control valve operation.
โœ… Temperature measurement and process monitoring.
โœ… Handling of chiller status signals.
โœ… Technological safety and protection functions.
โœ… I/O expansion with the MIX38 module.
โœ… nanoWebUIโ„ข โ€“ a scalable, browser-based user interface for process visualization.
โœ… Free cooling functionality to optimize system operation when outdoor conditions allow it.

The application also supports free cooling, allowing the system to use favorable outdoor conditions and reduce compressor operation whenever possible.
