The 9th edition of Feria TenoLácteos y TenoCárnicos Andina, 🇨🇴 Colombia’s benchmark event for the dairy sector, came to a close yesterday. Our booth and the conference held by Enrico Biraschi, Commercial Director of IGEA, on the topic of bioprotection attracted strong attendance and keen interest from the audience.
A special thanks goes to IGEA COLOMBIA S.A.S, particularly the Igea office in Bogotá, which provides continuous support to customers, our solutions, products and brand across the Colombia and Central-South America markets.
Our starter culture solutions also drew considerable attention, with their ability to support every type of 🇨🇴 Colombian production: yogurt, fermented milks and cheeses.
As in previous editions, Tenolácteos showed great appreciation for our innovations, especially the SHIELD bioprotection solutions, which offer producers a ♻️ natural and effective alternative to chemical additives.
SHIELD is a bioprotection system that delivers a completely natural bactericidal action, ensuring the preservation of dairy products without the use of chemical preservatives. It does not alter product characteristics and fully meets ♻️ clean label and short label criteria.
