Our electricity services are licensed, authorised and regulated by the Regulator for Energy and Water Services. Our services are also primarily governed by the Enemalta (Transfer of Assets, Rights, Liabilities and Obligations) Act (CAP 536), the Electricity Supply Regulations (S.L. 545.01), the Electricity Market Regulations (S.L.545.13), the Network Code and any other applicable legislation. Electrical installations in Malta and Gozo are also regulated by the Electrical Installation Regulations (S.L. 545.24). Ix-xoħlijiet biex ikompli jissaħħaħ in-network tad-distribuzzjoni tal-elettriku qed javvanzaw b'pass mgħaġġel.

🚧 Minn għada, se jidħol fis-seħħ arranġament temporanju ieħor għat-traffiku:

➡️ Triq Stiefnu Zerafa se tinbidel għal direzzjoni waħda biss, b'aċċess għall-vetturi li joħorġu minn Ħal Għargħur, skont l-istess direzzjoni tad-devjazzjonijiet temporanji li diġà jinsabu fis-seħħ.

Nirringrazzjaw lis-sewwieqa u lir-residenti tal-koperazzjoni tagħhom. Nappellaw biex kulħadd ikompli jsegwi s-sinjali temporanji tat-traffiku, jippjana l-vjaġġi minn qabel u jsuq b'attenzjoni fiż-żona.

Works to further strengthen the electricity distribution network are progressing at a fast pace.

🚧 From tomorrow, an additional temporary traffic diversion will come into effect:

➡️ Triq Stiefnu Zerafa will be changed to one-way traffic only, with access for vehicles exiting Għargħur, in line with the temporary traffic diversions already in place.

🇲🇹F'Ħal Għargħur, għaddej ix-xogħol biex jitpoġġew madwar 4️⃣.5️⃣ kilometri ta’ cables ġodda taħt l-art bħala parti mill-programm kontinwu ta’ investiment biex jissaħħaħ in-network tad-distribuzzjoni tal-elettriku f’Malta u Għawdex.

Nirringrazzjaw lir-residenti u lill-kunsill lokali tal-kooperazzjoni tagħhom waqt li dawn ix-xogħlijiet essenzjali qed jitwettqu.🙏

🇬🇧In Għargħur, works are underway to lay around 4️⃣.5️⃣ kilometres of new underground cables as part of Enemalta's ongoing investment programme to strengthen Malta's electricity distribution network.

Bħala parti mill-investiment kontinwu ta' tisħiħ tan-network tad-distribuzzjoni tal-elettriku, ser inkomplu bix-xogħlijiet fil-Għargħur biex jitpoġġew cables ġodda taħt l-art b'rabta maċ-Ċentru tad-Distribuzzjoni l-ġdid tan-Naxxar.

🚧 Arranġamenti temporanji għat-traffiku fil-jiem li ġejjin:

➡️ Triq Santa Katerina se tkun miftuħa f'direzzjoni waħda biss, b'aċċess għat-traffiku minn Tal-Balal lejn Għargħur.

➡️ Fi Triq San Ġwann se jkunu għaddejjin xogħlijiet, u t-triq se tkun miftuħa biss għal vetturi li joħorġu minn Għargħur lejn Triq Murray.

Nappellaw lis-sewwieqa biex isegwu s-sinjali temporanji tat-traffiku, jippjanaw il-vjaġġi tagħhom minn qabel u jsuqu b'attenzjoni fiż-żona.

As part of Enemalta's ongoing investment in strengthening the electricity distribution network, works are underway to install new underground cables in connection with the new Naxxar Distribution Centre.

🚧 Temporary traffic arrangements in the coming days:

➡️ Triq Santa Katerina will be open one way only, with traffic permitted from Tal-Balal towards Għargħur.

➡️ Works on Triq San Ġwann will continue, and the road will remain open only for traffic exiting Għargħur towards Triq Murray.

🚗 Traffic travelling from Marsa (Catamaran area) towards Valletta will be closed until the necessary repairs are completed.
