🔎 WE’RE HIRING: QUALITY ENGINEER

Working closely with the Quality Manager and internal teams, you will help ensure customer requirements are met, quality issues are effectively resolved, and the Quality Management System (QMS) remains compliant with applicable standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer complaints and prepare 8D reports
• Investigate quality issues, non-conforming parts, and customer returns
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Review technical drawings, inspection plans, and customer quality requirements
• Carry out MSA activities, and perform metrological confirmation and verification of equipment
• Support tool approvals and product quality requirements by identifying product safety and special characteristics from technical drawings

📍 What we're looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Hons.) or equivalent
• Experience or exposure to Quality Engineering, manufacturing, or a technical environment
• Good understanding of Quality Management Systems and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and quality core tools
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances
• Understanding of statistical methods; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is an advantage

✔️ Responding to breakdowns, alarms, and emergencies as a first responder
✔️ Carrying out fault finding and corrective maintenance

✔️ Supporting new equipment installations and project implementations
✔️ Acting as a primary key person during afternoon shift, night shift, and weekends for plant stability.
