Another small control cabinet completed for a customer in Malta’s manufacturing industry. ⚙️
And yes… the photos are slightly crooked. 😅
Thankfully, the cabinet isn’t.

Our technicians did a much better job keeping everything straight, neat and properly aligned than I did taking the photos!

Small cabinet, but the same attention to detail that goes into the larger systems we build — from layout and wiring through to testing and final integration.

At JMartans, our support goes beyond electrical engineering and automation. We can also assist with the mechanical design and development of custom 𝗷𝗶𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀. ⚙️

In one of our latest projects, we supported a key player in Malta’s manufacturing industry with the development of a dedicated 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗷𝗶𝗴.
Our involvement covered the complete process, from developing the concept and producing the mechanical design, to coordinating the machining of the components, assembling the unit, and delivering the finished solution to the customer. 🛠️
The resulting jig incorporates a 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

It starts with the design, selecting the right components and thinking about how the system will operate, be maintained and eventually upgraded.
This is the kind of work our team carries out in-house in Malta — from electrical design and cabinet building through to programming, testing and commissioning.

SICK is a name that needs little introduction in industrial automation, with solutions covering industrial sensing, machine safety, identification, vision, measurement and much more.

For us, this partnership is about more than adding another brand to our portfolio. It gives our customers access to SICK technology together with local engineering support — from understanding the application and selecting the right product through to integration, commissioning and ongoing support.
