We’ve started this week with the second session of our 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗟𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 - and the response continues to exceed expectations.

Over the past 2 years, this course has helped many participants build a strong foundation in PLC programming through a practical, hands-on approach. This session also includes additional training kits to further enhance the learning experience, alongside access to online simulation tools so every participant can actively practice throughout the course.

🔧 We recently completed the retrofit of a bottling machine, bringing it back into operation after spending several years decommissioned in storage.

Despite being decades old, our specialized team successfully restored the machine to full working condition and upgraded it to meet today’s production needs.
⚙️ This included the design and integration of an additional reject station, including a cap-checking system to verify proper cap placement on each bottle.
✅ We also designed and assembled a pneumatic rejector to remove bottles that did not meet the required criteria. From mechanical design and assembly to pneumatics and electrical configuration, the entire project was carried out in-house by our expert team. 💡🏭
