CHCE kicked off a meaningful staff engagement session through its Q1FY26 Townhall held on 29 April 2026. During the session, Khor Kai Fu, Group Chief Executive Officer, shared the divisionโs strategic blueprint, Critical Success Factors (CSFs), as well as key business and performance highlights.
Leaders including Ts. Ang Boon Kwang, William Tan, and Mandiss Wai also presented updates on project progress and financial performance, reflecting strong momentum towards achieving CHCEโs FY2026 goals.
In addition, Howard Liew shared his reflections based on the 7 Leadership Principles of Chin Hin Group:

We uphold transparency
Emphasising the principles of setting high standards and having a bias for action, he highlighted how constructive concern and AI integration within the business can enhance problem-solving, strengthen decision-making, improve risk detection, and encourage more proactive actions across teams.
Overall, the management and team at CHCE remain united in driving excellence and building a more connected, agile, and high-performance ecosystem.
