We are looking for an Administrator to perform a wide range of general administrator tasks and tendering support duties.

DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION LEVEL
• Grade 12 Matric
• Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably within the construction industry
• At least 1 year practical experience in a tendering department in a similar position advantageous

DESIRED SKILLS COMPETENCIES AND KEY BEHAVIOURS
• Strong Admin Skills
• Must be computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• High learning ability and be capable to adapt to the dynamic competitive environment
• The ability to work in a team and to be proactive around self-learning
• The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Willingness to assist with additional tasks given to the team

DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION LEVEL
• Bachelor's degree or national diploma in Civil Engineering
• Must be computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, incl. MS Project.
• Experience with ERP systems (CCS Candy preferred)
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCad or similar)
• Clean Code of Conduct
• Valid Drivers Licence Preferred

• Strong technical and engineering expertise
• Project management capabilities
