Growth at Daures Green Hydrogen Village is rooted in the solid groundwork that has already been laid.

Jerome Namaseb, co-founder and outgoing Chief Executive Officer, moves into the role of Chairperson of the Board, succeeding Elton Katangolo, who remains on the Board and continues to support the project's strategic growth. Martin Nambundunga, a Board member since DGHV's inception, steps in as interim CEO while a search for a permanent successor gets underway.

Together, they bring continuity in governance and strategic direction, giving our partners, communities and investors confidence that the project's commitments remain firmly on track.

This transition builds on the successful completion of our demonstration phase, which proved that renewable energy, green hydrogen production and sustainable agriculture can work together within a circular economy model. That result is what makes the next phase possible.

Phase 2 will focus on industrial-scale development and commercialisation, including a planned 70 MW production facility capable of producing more than 80,000 tonnes of low-carbon ammonia fertiliser annually, contributing to

Namibia's green industrialisation agenda, food security objectives and sustainable economic development. Mondjila Project Advisory and Management has been mandated to support this next phase, ensuring the transition into industrial-scale operations is well managed and closely governed.

Namaseb, Katangolo and Nambundunga bring continuity to the Board as the project scales. The foundation is set. The next phase is underway.

Green hydrogen strategy is usually discussed in gigawatts and offtake deals. This webinar is about something Namibia needs just as much: the people who know how to actually build and commission the plant.

Join Jeremia Petrus, Junior Process Engineer at Daures Green Hydrogen Village, as he shares real lessons from constructing and commissioning DGHV's green ammonia plant, the kind of knowledge that determines whether Namibia's hydrogen ambitions scale on Namibian terms.

Today in London, the Daures Green Hydrogen Village is featured as a case study at the Ayrton Forum, a flagship UK Government event convened during London Climate Action Week bringing together clean energy innovators, financiers, and policymakers from across emerging markets.

Representing Daures in the Green Industrialisation session is Panashe Daringo, Director of Mondjila Project Advisory and Management, joining panellists from Nepal, Bangladesh, and Kenya to examine what it takes to translate early-stage innovation into investable industrial pathways. For Namibia, this is a significant moment. As the world looks to emerging economies to lead the green industrial transition, Daures stands as evidence that the answer can come from here.

We believe that great cultures are built on guidance, trust, and leading by example, whether in the boardroom or at home.

Today, we celebrate the mentors, fathers, and figures who shape the people we become, both professionally and personally. Their lessons are the foundation of strong character, and strong character builds strong teams.

To all the dads and father figures in our workforce and community, thank you for the inspiration you bring every day.

Today is the Day of the African Child. The 2026 theme is clear: every child in Africa deserves access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene. We stand with that call.

For us, today is also a reminder of who we are ultimately building for. Green hydrogen is one of the defining clean energy opportunities of this generation. Namibia is at its centre. The young people growing up in this country today are growing up alongside something genuinely new, and that matters.

We build with their future in mind.

Africa's first net zero village just won Africa's Impact Investment Award for Financial Structure of the Year.

At the Africa Impact Investment Awards, our project was commended for its innovation across financial, technical and systemic dimensions. By aligning production with solar availability rather than designing around its absence, our work has demonstrated that capital efficiency and climate ambition are not in tension. They are the same decision.

That insight is at the heart of everything we represent. Not a compromise between ambition and capital. A proof that the two can move together.

For Namibia. For the SADC region. For every investor who has been watching to see whether African green infrastructure can hold up against the hardest financial scrutiny on the continent. It can.

The work continues.
