’𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗱-𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿!
Annelie het ’n besondere storie. Haar man, Marnus, is via Manschap bemiddel om van Suid-Afrika na Nederland te verhuis. Kort ná aankoms in Nederland het Annelie reeds gesê: “Ek wil ook werk.” Ons het toe vir haar begin soek na ’n geskikte pos. Sy het nou ’n suksesvolle tydperk by haar vaste werkplek agter die rug, en dit moes gevier word!

Ons kan met trots sê dat Annelie ’n ongelooflik aangename werknemer is. Sy is iemand wat vinnig tuis voel, vinnig Nederlands geleer het, haar werk ernstig opneem en terselfdertyd sterk verhoudings bou met die mense om haar, insluitend ons werwer, Samantha.

Ons kon nie vir ’n mooier voorbeeld vra van hoe ons ook die eggenoote van Suid-Afrikaanse expats aan ’n paslike werk help nie!

Ons kan wel sê dat hierdie uitsig op die hyskraan en die rivier ’n algemene gesig geword het. Want ons kon weer iemand by Markerink B.V. verwelkom! Hierdie keer is dit Marcelle; hy is ’n meganiese monteur.

Marcelle het verlede week na Nederland gekom, saam met sy vrou en twee pragtige kinders. Vir sy seun van 10 jaar het ons intussen ’n inskrywing by die laerskool gereël. Hy het ook ’n dogtertjie van een jaar.

Welkom Dawid!

Samantha het sy bekendstelling hier in Almelo behartig, maar natuurlik het hulle reeds baie aanlyn kontak gehad om hom te werf. Sy indruk van Manschap: “Dit was die eerste arbeidsagentskap wat my in my moedertaal genader het, dit het ek baie waardeer. Net gewone gesprekke met mense wat my verstaan.”

Hy kom van ’n plaas met 400 hektaar grond in Suid-Afrika, natuurlik ’n enorme verskil van die huis wat ons vir hom in Nederland gereël het. Tog is hy tot dusver baie tevrede met Nederland: “Dit was aangenaam om dadelik ’n beeld van die streek te kry deur met Suid-Afrikaners en Nederlanders in gesprek te gaan.”

Hy begin binnekort by Brinks Components. Waarna Dawid veral uitsien om meer oor te leer by sy nuwe werkgewer? Outomatisering en robotika. En dit gaan beslis regkom.

“Do it as soon as possible!”

🇿🇦✨ New arrivals: A warm welcome to Tahlita & Johan ➡️🇳🇱

With the arrival of Tahlita Bodenstein , we’re celebrating a very special milestone at Manschap: welcoming our very first female skilled migrant, together with her husband Johan, to the Netherlands!

For Tahlita, the move has been filled with positive first impressions. She immediately noticed how clean, safe, and well-organised everything feels here. But more than anything, it was the friendliness of the Dutch people that stood out. From a simple greeting on the street to someone going out of their way to help, she felt warmly welcomed right from the start.

She shared how smooth the journey has been thanks to Manschap’s support: from arranging flights and housing, to setting up SIM cards and even helping with furniture. Every detail was taken care of, which allowed them to focus on settling in and starting this new chapter with confidence.

Looking ahead, Tahlita is excited to build a meaningful career in the Netherlands, learn the language, and truly make this country their home. “It’s a fresh chapter,” she says, “and I’m ready to embrace everything it has to offer.”
