-Looking for CNC Millers
Location: Netherlands
Job Description:
CNC milling of large components (3–5 axis), including machine setup, minor program adjustments, and quality inspection of finished parts.
Job duties:
- Operating and setting up 3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Programming and making corrections directly on the machine, or preparing programs in advance
- Working from technical documentation and drawings
- Tool changing, tool setting, and basic machine maintenance
- Quality control of finished products using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
- Collaborating on the optimisation of the production process
What’s offered:
- €740 is based on a standard 40-hour week at 128% rate for morning/afternoon shifts
- €940 is based on 52 hours and 4-shift allowance
- Supplementary pension contribution of ~€45 per 40 hours worked — i.e., total value €785–985
- Overtime available depending on workload, usually possible on Saturdays
- Vacation reserve ~€120/month
- Health insurance contribution ~€100/month
- From €3,400 net/month for base hours, combined
- Dutch employment contract
- 5+1 work rotation
- Accommodation covered, SNF-certified, single rooms
- Sick pay, social security, pension, and all required contributions paid according to NL legislation

Requirements:
- 2+ years' CNC milling experience
- Experience with 5-axis milling machines and Heidenhain/Fanuc systems

- Strong technical drawing interpretation
- CAD/CAM skills an advantage
- Category B driver's license
- Attention to detail, precision, and responsibility

TIG welding of stainless steel pipes and structures, component assembly according to technical drawings, and quality inspection of welds and finished products.
Compensation and Conditions:
Employment Contract :
- €3,400–4,100 net/month, depending on hours worked (standard 40 hours/week, up to 54 with overtime)
- Single-room accommodation covered by employer
- Health insurance, social security, and pension contributions covered
- Commuting allowance of €0.23/km
- 5+1 work rotation schedule
Freelance / Self-Employed :
- €43+/hour, negotiable individually for above-standard pace or quality
- With overtime, monthly earnings can exceed €10,000
- Invoicing on a 7/14 basis
- Accommodation available for €203/week if using company housing (self-paid)

- On-site support
- Administrative support from offices in the Netherlands
