For welders chasing precision on soft, feed-sensitive wire, that's where the 10XPM Maestro comes in.
Built around a streamlined push-pull swanneck design, the Maestro is engineered to solve the one problem aluminum welding never forgives: consistent wire feed. Double driven drive rolls grip the wire from both ends, minimizing slippage and keeping every inch of feed smooth and predictable. Handle-mounted controls put weld adjustments right under your fingers, so you're never breaking position to dial in a setting. It's balanced to feel light hour after hour, and it's genuinely one of the lightest push-pull torches on the market, which matters when fatigue is what kills precision late in a shift. Pair it with the TRANSYNC synchronisation box and you get full digital control tuned to your setup.
Available air- or water-cooled, running up to 380A, with drive rolls set up for aluminum, steel, or flux core wire. And like the rest of the line, it runs on standard metric contact tips and nozzles, so keeping it fed with consumables is never the bottleneck.
It's not built for everything. It's built to make aluminum behave.
