Experienced Builder / Site Lead (Contractor)
Calibre Homes Ltd is looking for an experienced Builder / Qualified Carpenter to join our team as a full-time contractor.
We have a strong pipeline of high-quality residential renovation and alteration projects across the greater Auckland area, with work ready to start immediately.
About the Role

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
• Has extensive experience in residential renovations and extensions
• Is a qualified carpenter with an LBP preferred, or has 6–10+ years of proven industry experience
• Has successfully managed and run residential building projects
• Is passionate about delivering precise, high-quality workmanship on time and on budget
• Has experience managing project programmes, timelines, and budgets
• Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in perfect finishes
• Is an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the team
• Shares our values of integrity, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship
• Has their own tools, reliable transport, and a strong work ethic
