Project Update – Seabrook Avenue, New Lynn

Progress continues at our Seabrook Avenue project, with framing underway and the next stage of construction getting closer.

We’re currently waiting for the upper roof trusses to arrive, while scaffolding work continues on site. Roofing is expected to start soon, marking another step forward for this two-storey home.

Once complete, the home will feature six bedrooms, five bathrooms, two family lounges, a modern kitchen and dining area, and a single internal garage.

From the early site preparation and drainage work through to framing and the finishing stages, each part of the project is carefully coordinated by the 3C Homes team.

Things are coming together at our Cliff Road, Torbay project, with cladding now around 90% complete. Minor landscaping works are underway, and preparation for the vehicle crossing is also progressing.
