Meet Jacob Ludemann 👋🏻
Our Christchurch-based Account Manager has recently joined Allied Petroleum and is already making strong connections with customers across the region. With nine years of customer service experience across New Zealand and Australia, Jacob brings a people-first approach, backed by a retail background.
What attracted you to join Allied Petroleum? ⛽️
I was drawn to Allied Petroleum’s strong reputation for customer service. Building relationships and speaking with customers is something I’ve always really enjoyed, so it felt like a great fit.
What do you enjoy most about your role? 💼
The interactions with customers are definitely a highlight. I enjoy getting to know our customers and working with them to identify opportunities where we can add value and support their business.
What’s something people might not know about your job? 🛢️
There’s a wide range of solutions we can offer—from fuel cards and bulk fuel deliveries to fuel storage options. It’s about finding the right mix for each customer and their unique needs.
What motivates you in your role? 💥
Making sure I’m delivering the best possible results for our customers. Helping them succeed and knowing I’ve played a part in that is what drives me.
