Here's another renovation finished in the books…

The floors throughout the unit were well out of level, but with the unit being attached on both sides, the usual jack-and-pack method wasn't an option. We removed the existing skirting, installed furring strips over the joists, and laid new strand flooring throughout to get everything level again.

We also completed:

• New kitchen
• New bathroom
• New flooring
• Kitchen splashback and vanity tiling
• Full interior paint, including doors and windows
• Exterior paint to the blockwork, timber cladding, fascias and soffits

Really happy with how this one turned out!

Big transformation on this home! 🏡

The outside is getting a complete refresh with:
- Full exterior paint including timber cladding, soffits, fascia, foundations & steps
- Backyard tidy up
- Freshened street appeal from top to bottom

Giving back to our community 🌱

Our company, alongside our local Mitre 10 team, had the privilege of volunteering at Spreydon School. Together we helped tidy, plant, and improve the school garden for students and staff to enjoy.

It was also great to spend time with the students, teaching them some basic building skills and how to safely use tools while working on projects around the garden.

A huge thank you to everyone involved — it was a rewarding day supporting our local community and working together to make a difference.

Meet Herbert!

Herbert joined us earlier this year as a carpenter and has fitted into the team seamlessly. His hard work, commitment, and positive attitude have made an immediate impact on site.

A true team player, Herbert is always happy to lend a hand and brings a great energy to the team each day. His easy-going nature and strong work ethic make him a fantastic fit for Vision 360.

Outside of work, Herbert loves spending time with his kids, whether that’s heading to the park or getting out and about to make memories with them while they’re still young.

With his hardworking nature and team-first attitude, Herbert is cemented himself as a valued member of the Vision 360 team.

We’ve just finished giving this place a full refresh, and it’s come up really well.

All the big jobs are done — new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring, and a full interior repaint so it feels clean and modern throughout. The kitchen’s been finished with tiled splashbacks, and everything just feels fresh and ready to go.

We’ve also taken care of the stuff that matters long-term — fixed drainage issues to meet MBIE guidelines, sorted roof leaks, repaired a few tired window sills, and painted the exterior of the windows.

Outside’s had some attention too, with landscaping and the entry patio sealed to tidy things up.

It’s the kind of place where you can just move in and not have to worry about a thing for a long time.

Meet Jeremy!

Jeremy is one of our apprentices and a valued part of the Vision 360 team. Often stepping up to take the lead on jobs, he brings a calm and confident approach to every project, taking whatever a renovation throws at him in his stride.

Hardworking and determined, Jeremy is always willing to challenge himself, both on and off the job. Whether he’s tackling new tasks at work, signing up for a run, or taking on his own personal fitness goals, his drive and commitment always shine through.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys running, hiking in the mountains, watching movies, and a bit of gaming.

We’re lucky to have Jeremy’s drive and positive energy as part of the Vision 360 team!

Meet Serafin! 🎨

Pastor Serafin needs little introduction. He is a well-respected man both in and out of work, and a valued part of the Vision 360 team.

Serafin is as cool as a cucumber, bringing a calm and composed presence to every job. He consistently produces high-quality work, including some impressive spray finishes on doors—often achieved using a roller. His approach is always thoughtful and measured, and he’s a great man to have on site.

Outside of work, family is at the centre of Serafin’s life. He enjoys spending time with his children, as well as his granddaughter and his newest grandson, who is just one month old. Whether it’s lunch or dinner together, he values making time with them while they’re all close.

Serafin is also the Pastor of The Harvest Family Church, where he leads worship and teaches and preaches the Word of God.

It is a privilege to have Serafin as part of the Vision 360 team.

Meet Jan!

Jan is in the final year of his painting apprenticeship and has come a long way during his time with us. He’s developed into a reliable team member who takes real pride in his finishes and the detail in his work.


He’s always happy to get stuck in and brings a positive, easy-going attitude to site, working well alongside anyone on the team. Jan’s consistency and willingness to learn have made him a valued part of our Vision 360 Interior Division.


Outside of work, Jan enjoys travelling and heading out on drives with friends. He also spends some downtime gaming and values catching up with family and friends on the weekends.
