They loved our Oakbridge Showhome as much as we do, so they built it. But they didn't stop there. Every choice after that was theirs: their layout tweaks, their finishes, their taste laid over a plan they fell for the first time they walked through the door. Now that plan became their actual home, the one they'll live in every day, not just the one they toured. That's the whole reason we build showhomes in the first place, so someone can walk through one and start picturing their own life inside it. Where every home is a showhome.

Six months ago, this home was just timber and a steel portal frame. Not the kind of structure you get from a standard plan set.

Today, stone cladding is going up, vaulted ceilings are pulling light in through the skylights, and tiling has started on one of the biggest homes we've built this year.

Behind every gable, every line of glazing, every material choice, there's a conversation. Our client telling us how they wanted to live in this home. Our team figuring out how to build it exactly that way, not just close enough.

That's the part people don't see in the finished photos. Six months of decisions that made this house theirs before a single wall went up, and you haven't even seen the best part.

Goodbye August, swipe to see a month at Hallmark Homes 👀

A new home started in Prebbleton with a concrete pour, a kitchen fitted with secret doors (love a concealed kitchen look), and the interior plastering finished in Casebrook.

Created a client's moodboard, finished the exterior with a nice mix of schist, wood and plaster, and what about the feature lighting by the fins? Created a new house and land package moodboard, and what an entrance in Prebbleton coming together.

In Oakbridge we have some exterior painting to do, and fresh tiles going up in Prebbleton.
