Over two back-to-back mornings, the team successfully supplied concrete for this impressive post-tension warehouse slab.

Projects of this scale don't happen by chance. They take detailed planning, reliable equipment, quality concrete, and a team that works together from the first load to the last.

A huge shout out to our drivers, batching team, dispatch, quality team, and everyone behind the scenes who helped make these pours run smoothly. You absolutely smashed it!

Thanks to everyone involved on site for the great teamwork. Another successful project delivered safely, on time, and with the quality our customers expect.

Whether it's solving problems under pressure, delivering on challenging timeframes or working collaboratively to achieve the best result, this award celebrates those who consistently exceed expectations.

The 2025 award was presented to Higgins Concrete (Counties Readymix) for its work on Project Electron at NZ Steel's Electric Arc Furnace, Glenbrook.

This award is open exclusively to Concrete NZ Producer members. If your organisation has delivered a project that demonstrates outstanding service and commitment, now is the time to tell your story.

Winners will be announced during the Concrete NZ Conference Formal Dinner on Thursday 22 October, part of the Concrete NZ Conference (21–23 October) at Tākina - Wellington Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Great to see our team rolling down the motorway yesterday supporting key projects in Drury!

🌩️ How about that thunderstorm last night!
Our team kicked off just after midnight and braved the heavy rain and wind to get the job done. Thankfully the pour was indoors, so we powered through safely and delivered all of concrete before 6am.
Big thanks to the crew for their hard work and dedication — another successful job completed, even in tough conditions!
Happy days indeed! 💪☀️
