The crew have been putting their new height safety training to work out at our Waimata Road site, getting those finishing touches sorted on the batter. Nothing like a rope, a slope and a bit of Gissy drizzle to test the gear out properly!

Massive shout out to the team at Out East Contracting Ltd for the hydroseeding, that green is looking mean. Reckon we're all quietly wishing we could get that laid down on our lawns at home 😅

A massive congratulations to Marsh (Oren) who has just clocked up 10 incredible years with Siteworx! 👏

We got the team together yesterday morning to mark this special milestone, and the bosses presented Marsh with a $5,000 cheque as a thank you for a decade of dedication. Well deserved, man!

Marsh is the glue that holds this crew together. Over the years he's mentored nearly every person who's come through our doors, always leading by example and giving his all. His hard work and the difference he makes never go unnoticed 💪

Got it done before the rain! 🌧️

Anyone in civil will tell you patience is the name of the game. So much of our work comes down to the weather, and yesterday was a good example.

The crew smashed out a sealing job just before the rain came in. With sealing it's all about timing, get it down before the wet hits and you're sweet. Miss the window and you're starting over.

Good on the boys for reading the conditions and getting it across the line.

Finishing touches going in at the Victoria Domain netball courts! 🏐

The crew are using a new product on this one. Porous Lane from Watersmart NZ to fill in the open V drains around the courts. It's a permeable pavement that lets water drain straight through, so the drains keep working exactly as they should, but the trip hazard of an open channel is gone.

Even better, it's made from recycled end-of-life tyres and every square metre keeps roughly three tyres out of landfill.

Smarter, safer, more sustainable. Proud to be bringing innovative solutions to local projects 💪

Leadership Update at Siteworx Civil Ltd.

After more than 14 years with Siteworx Civil Ltd, Blair Judd has stepped down from his role with the company to pursue new opportunities within the aviation industry.

During his time with the company, Blair helped build a strong team, deliver numerous successful projects, and establish lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and the wider community.

The Directors would like to sincerely thank Blair for his dedication, leadership, and contribution to the growth and success of Siteworx Civil and wish him every success in his future ventures.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Douw Grobler as General Manager of Siteworx Civil Ltd.

Not all jobs are straightforward — and this one’s a great example

Our Siteworx Civil drainage team working through some challenging conditions while upgrading the Gisborne Boys' High School stormwater drainage network. With layers of existing services installed over many years of operation and upgrades, careful planning and precision on site has been key to getting the job done safely and efficiently.
