A bit of teamwork to get that first sheet into position, and another step towards bringing this space back together.

Sometimes it's the simple moments on site that show the progress being made.

What you’re looking at isn’t always what you’re dealing with. 🔨
Renovating an existing home is a little different from starting with a clean sheet.
Plans and preparation are important, but once the linings start coming off, you get to see how the house has actually been put together — including previous alterations, framing details, services and sometimes a few things nobody could reasonably have known were there.
That doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a problem. It just means part of renovation work is understanding what you’ve got in front of you and working out the best way forward.
It’s all part of working with existing homes — understand what’s there, deal with what you find, and keep the project moving.
