What is something you do everyday to help keep on top of your mental health?
When the kids arw at school and I am at home, I am thinking about my business and how I can make it better. If not that then thinking about the house, the yard work and the animals. Its so important to fit in time to keep your mind sharp and not let it wonder off on you too far!

Was great to try some of the other products on offer and get a revamp on which oils can be used for benefiting our body and home.
