Burkes Drive starting point 🔨

The Ravensbourne landslide of 2024 did some real damage here, taking out a chunk of the home. We're now on board to put it right and then some.

Full rebuild of the existing living areas plus a new extension up top to capture those views. Because those views are something else 👊

Decks, landscaping and plenty more to come on this one 💪

Taking a look back at Maungatua Road start to finish. 🔥🏡

This one means a lot. First build for Your Way Home and we're proud of how it's come out.

Modern one bedroom dwelling out in Outram. Clean kitchen, sharp bathroom, finished to a high standard throughout.

Nisbet Street pushing on 🔥🏗️

Full reno on this one, the whole house is getting reworked and the boys have been hard at it.

Living area extension is underway downstairs with framing going up, and the additional room renos have kicked off upstairs too. Lots moving at once on this one.

Back in the mall for another shop fit out for Modern Mens Barber💈🔥

Something a bit different from the usual builds, but we’re stoked to see this one coming together. Mid-fit now with joinery going in, lining up, the space is really starting to take shape.

Reeves Street keeping on 💪🔥

Roofing is still in the works, solar panels and skylights are going in, and the sparkies are now running the main service cables. On a build this size, that's no small task. Plenty of cable to pull through.

It's a big job with lots of moving parts – a little over 300m2, five bedrooms, a home office, movie theatre and high end everything throughout – and the boys are right in it. Still a big stretch ahead but it's all tracking the way it should.

Big one coming up in Port Chalmers 🔥🏡

This project’s got a bit of history behind it too, with the original cottage dating back to the 1880s and standing as one of the older surviving worker cottages in the area.

The plan is to retain the heritage frontage while adding a full extension including a new bedroom, ensuite, and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Wrap around deck going in as well, plus retained off street parking to tie it all together.

Awesome project with a lot of character, and a cool mix of old and new. Looking forward to getting stuck into this one 👊🔥

White Road starting to look epic 🔥🏗️

Cool to see that Dunedin autumn sun streaming through this place. As more of the roof and skylights go in, you’re really starting to see the Eco Workshop Ltd vision come to life and how the light is designed to move through the home.

Roofing is well underway on the main house and exterior gib is going in too, so this one’s making a solid push forward. Big ups to the boys for keeping this detailed build tracking the way it should. Plenty more to come 👊🔥

Stoked with how this one came together at Wickliffe Street. 💪

Full overhaul of an 80m2 unit and this feature wall is one of our favourite touches. 🔥

Looks like a clean wall from the living side but behind it is a storage cupboard and a secret door leading through to a home office. Simple idea, executed well.

Coming together at Nisbet Street 🏗️🔥

Upstairs is starting to look like a home. Roof is back on, gib is on the walls, and you can really see it taking shape now. Big step forward from where this one started.

Downstairs is a different story right now. The boys are deep in the demo, walls are coming down and the flooring is up. It's the messy part of the job but it's all moving the right way.

This is a full overhaul, every part of the house being reworked and the basement converted into an additional bedroom. Plenty of work still to come but it's tracking well.

Freyberg Street all wrapped up 🔥💪

This renovation has come up mint, turning a 2 bedroom home into a bright, open space with a fresh new kitchen and bathroom that really lift the whole place. The open plan living has completely changed how this home feels, way more light, way more usable space.

Big effort from the boys getting this one over the line. Solid mahi all round and a great result for the homeowners 🔨🔥
