Dunrobin Street all wrapped up 🔥🏡

What a transformation. Originally designed and lived in by an architect back in the 70s, this one was ready for an overhaul to bring its beauty back to life, and we're proud of how it's turned out.

Taking a look at the kitchen, what was once an enclosed space has been opened right up into a designer open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The new timber flooring throughout ties it all together.

Big job, huge attention to detail, and the crew absolutely nailed it. Stoked with how this one's come together 💪🔥

Cold day on site as Nisbet but plenty of work still underway 🔥💪

This ones a big job! Lot has changed since we last showed you this one.

Gib’s up and it’s starting to feel a lot less like a worksite and a whole lot more like a home. The external cladding blends the extension perfectly.

Modern Men's Barber all wrapped up 🔥💈

A bit of a different one for us, a full refit of the shop face in Meridian Mall, but stoked to be back in the mall doing what we do.

Walls painted, everything fitted out, and it's looking sharp. Great result and a solid new look for the space.

Big ups to the team for getting this one done. Nice change of pace and a great one to have in the books 👊🔥

All wrapped up 🔥🏡

New ensuite added as part of a home extension, plus the existing bathroom fully renovated too, all part of a complete home renovation. Both spaces are looking clean, modern and slick.

Tiled walls, new fittings, sharp finish throughout. Awesome to see this one come together from start to finish.

Tweed Street transformation 🔥

What was a garage is now looking like a proper laundry space. Timber floors in, windows letting the light pour through, and the old garage door swapped out for a sliding glass door. Changes the whole feel of the room.

Not long now, already such a big difference since we started. The crew have done a solid job getting it to this point, plenty still to come 💪

Burkes Drive pushing forward 🔥🏗️

Crane's been out and scaffolding is going up. Foundations are in and exterior framing is starting to rise, solid steps forward on a tricky site.

This one's a challenging rebuild after the Ravensbourne landslide took out part of the home. We're rebuilding the kitchen, dining and living areas and adding an extension to grow that footprint, plus a new upper level bedroom, ensuite and wardrobe to soak up those sea views. Decks and landscaping to follow.

Big job, tough conditions, and the crew's right into it. Stoked with the progress, plenty more to come 💪🔥

First look at Ocean Heights 👀🏗️

The gear hasn't rolled in just yet, but it won't be long. Hard to beat a site like this, with sweeping views over Saint Kilda Beach, Tomahawk Lagoon and Tomahawk Beach.

This architecturally designed home by Gary Todd Architecture is going to be something pretty special, with four bedrooms opening onto an 80m² deck and polished concrete flowing through the main living spaces.

Excited to get this one underway and bring the plans to life. Plenty more to come 🔥💪

White Road is really starting to feel like a home 🔥🏡

The boys have been grinding away putting in the hard yards to keep it all on track. It's getting close to the stage where you can walk through and get a feel for how good this place is going to be.

Evans Street all wrapped up 🔥🏡

Solid renovation done here, an old bedroom has been transformed into a brand new second bathroom. Tiled walls, new bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet, all finished to a high standard.

The laundry's had a proper upgrade too, more functional and modernised to make everyday life easier for the client.

Great result on this one. Simple brief, sharp ex*****on, and a home that works better for it 👊🔥

Reeves Street is really starting to come together now 🔨👊

Lots on since the last update. The roof is complete, solar is in, aluminium joinery is installed, and the exterior cladding is well underway.

The skylights are a real standout, bringing heaps of natural light into the deeper parts of this 300m² home and really showing off the design.

Massive effort from the team to keep pushing this one forward. Plenty more to come 💪🔥
