Great people and a great team are a big part of what makes Brownie Construction tick.

Our annual Queenstown golf day got everyone off-site for some good golf, some questionable golf, a few beers, and plenty of good company. The weather wasn’t quite on our side, but that didn’t stop us.

Thanks to everyone who came along. We couldn’t do it without you.

Sometimes it's one detail that makes a space.

We built this bespoke floor-to-ceiling shower around our client’s vision, including a skylight overhead that brings in natural light by day and a view of the stars at night.

It took careful planning, the right materials and attention to the details to bring it all together.

The result is an incredible, bespoke space that they love and we're proud to have delivered.

A good build is about bringing everything together.

Every Brownie Construction project considers how the spaces will work, the right materials, the details that matter. And solving problems as they come up.

Every decision shapes the finished home and how it will be lived in for years to come.

That’s what we think about when we build.

A good result starts with knowing the job inside out.

Whether we’re building a new home, renovating an existing one, or taking on a commercial project, every Brownie Construction project gets the same considered approach from start to finish, from the first plans to the final handover.

We know this place. We know how to build here. We bring it all together.

Good indoor-outdoor flow starts with how you live.

Where does the afternoon sun land? Is there shelter from the wind? Can you move easily between the lounge and outdoor table, even when everyone’s over?

Thinking through these details early helps make every square metre work harder. Here, the living area opens onto a private deck with space for dining, a fire and a soak at the end of the day.

Practical spaces, built with care, ready to be lived in.

Planning a renovation or a new build? Let’s talk about making your home work better for you.

Good living doesn’t stop at the back door.

Your outdoor spaces deserve the same care and consideration as the rooms inside. Somewhere for a morning coffee, dinner with friends or a quiet afternoon in the sun.

A generous timber decking creates room to dine and relax, with wide steps connecting the home to the garden. Natural materials sit comfortably alongside the stone walls and established trees, making the space feel part of its surroundings.

We put care into every detail, inside and out.

Great joinery does more than provide function, it brings the entire space together.

From the precision of each finish to the way materials, curves and details connect, this home’s custom joinery has been carefully considered to complement the wider design and elevate the everyday experience.

It’s this level of detail that transforms a well-built home into something truly exceptional.
