A solid builder who’s always friendly, always helpful, and now legally old enough to remind the rest of us just how young he is. Enjoy it, mate — it only goes downhill from here 🎂😂

A little side project for the boss - the horses needed a new floor. Thanks team - love Mrs Brown Horse and Possum.

Our reclad is complete - this was originally a brick house that needed some love after relocation (bricks won't move 🙁).

Ready for a repaint but the new wonderful owners when they are ready, it is now good to go to be transported to its new home. You will notice the soffits are missing - a house this shape and size requires a few tricks from the house mover - new soffits go back in at the other end.

BGC Fibre Cement Cladding on both these houses; the house in front is our standard offering Nuline - this is a great product that looks like weatherboard but is strong (much better for NZ conditions) - paint this whatever you like.

The back is Montage - no painting required - comes in a vairety of colours and textures, is warrantied minimal maintance for 25 years and if self-cleaning. WHAT! Amazing. We just love these products! Thanks
