🎉 A huge congratulations to Jack! 🎉

Today was a pretty special day as Jack officially received the handshake from his BCITO training advisor and became a qualified builder! 👏🔨

Jack has only been part of the team for six months, but in that time we’ve seen him grow massively—not only in his skills but also in his confidence as a builder.

In Jack's words, “In my six months of working here, I have turned into a type of builder I had previously never seen in myself.”

We’re incredibly proud to have been part of your apprenticeship journey, Jack. Your learning certainly doesn’t stop here, and we can't wait to see where your career takes you next.

Alexandra Road Reno Update!

We’re giving this farm workers house a minor extension and remodel for a farmer’s son heading home to take over the family farm.

There’s been a few challenges along the way —

Glen has never been much of an office bloke.

Most days you’ll find him on the tools, working alongside our team and getting stuck in. The paperwork? That waits until night time – it has to!

Sure, every now and then he’ll put on pants and a shirt… but usually only if we’re heading to an awards evening or a funeral! 😂

His thinking is pretty simple – if his name is on the build, he should be there helping build it. And he is, every day.

Built by hands that work hard. 🔨
