We are now retired and while looking at real estate we came across No. 6 Lamont Place The house was already half completed and it was then we meet Tonchi and Des the owners of Diamond Residential
From our very first inspection of the house we found both Tonchi and Des to be totally professional, the attentions to detail and the workman ship was excellent. I have never forgot Tonchi saying to me on one of our subsequent visits [ they would never build anything they would not be proud to live in ] and they meant it. CONGRATULATIONS DIAMOND RESIDENTIAL for job well done, you have exceeded our expectations.

We have recently moved into 9 Lamont Place which as been developed by Diamond Residential and we could not be happier with the house, the process of buying and moving in.

The design and quality of the finishes really is second to none compared with any of the houses we have ever lived in or seen in New Zealand and I feel the attention to detail would be really hard to rival in the region

Every element is well thought out and all the finishes and appliances are top notch, plus lots of little design details which really make the house feel like a home from day one

The whole process from first seeing the house and sensing the pride in what the team do to moving in was seamless

Diamond Residential (Tonchi Begovich & Des Thomas) are currently constructing (or should I say) “crafting” my new home in the Ferndale Subdivision Waikanae

As my home nears completion I have nothing but praise for the manner in which they have managed and crafted the build

The initial design process progressed smoothly with a collaborative effort between the architect, Diamond and myself. At no time did I feel pressured into accepting any element of the design. Everyone was responsive to my ideas and professionally steered me in the right direction from a practical and aesthetic perspective
As the design transforms into a home the quality of workmanship and eye for detail is apparent in every aspect of the build
I feel valued as a client daily with their personal communication and 100% commitment to creating a place for me to call home
I know now I selected the best when I engaged Diamond to craft my new home and look forward to the day I move in!
