We’re happy to welcome Max Polaczuk as our new VP of Artificial Intelligence - a powerhouse in AI innovation, startup success, and machine learning.

From founding Sportsflare (acquired for ~$15M NZD) to launching an AI platform with 2M+ monthly users, Max has built and scaled AI-driven businesses that make an impact. His machine learning research is cited by Google, Amazon, and top universities, and he’s developed large-scale AI systems at Xero.

Now, he’s bringing that expertise to Blackpearl Group, leading the charge in AI innovation – including the evolution of Bebop.
