Trademark is working with project manager Joseph and Associates and the Westland District Council to structurally strengthen the Carnegie Building in Hokitika.

The building works include strengthening, foundations, lighting, climate control, and works to both the internal and external finishes.

Trademark has been completing structural strengthening works at seven commercial units in Islington. This work has included extensive concrete crack injection repairs. Our experienced team is working on the last unit and the project is nearing completion with excellent results. Trademark's work on the Kāinga Ora housing project at Naenae in Lower Hutt is complete! The team celebrated with a breakfast to acknowledge the huge effort to finish stage two. Steve Voice, our Naenae site manager, received a Legend Award (with an engraved shovel!) to recognise the role he played in this successful project. Trademark is proud of the collaborative relationships formed within our team as well as with the client, designers, and subcontractors 🤝.

Windback Wednesday!
The Godley Head coastal defence battery is a historically interesting site, has great views, and offers an easy walking track - it's well worth a visit.
Trademark carried out the structural strengthening to the gun emplacements, re-laid and repaired the damaged concrete pathways, re-roofed the gun emplacements, and installed new lighting.
The mural work by a Christchurch street artist looks great! (Paint for the project supplied by Dulux.)
