This handsome young lad started his carboglass career at 17 straight out of school.
In the last 4 years he has broken his back, bought a fast car, crashed his car, rebuilt himself and his car, worked underground on the central interceptor, built massive sculptures ( soon to be revealed) and somehow managed to find the time to complete his apprenticeship.

The team at carboglass are proud to have been a small part of this project. To see the 16km tunnel going live is a real achievement for all involved.

We spent months and month away from home, underground, upside down and sometimes inside out completing complex tunnel connections and pipe joins.

Literally tons and tons of fibreglass applied in the most challenging conditions imaginable. It's helped us develop not only a whole new skillset but really brought us together as a team.

Seat number 1!!

This a mould we inherited from our friend Alex from Almac cars after his retirement. A little bit of left over orange gelcoat and some tinkering away in the background and we have the first one out of the mould.

The new workshop is finally operational!!
We're flying here with heaps of cool projects underway.

Unfortunately they're all a bit secret, but here's a quick teaser of what we've got going on.

Here's a few progress pics from our move. It's a massive undertaking and getting it right first time is really important.

We now have compressed air ( with no leaks which is always a bonus) which is a real turning point for us. As of this week we will be ramping up production in the new premises, while still trying to find the time to finish up a few loose ends.

We would never have come this far without the help of our full team and a great group of mates that have put aside evenings and weekends to help out.

We're a long way from settling into the new workshop but it's exciting to start getting some paint on the walls to help brighten the place up.

Huge thanks to reuben from R's Garage for stopping by to lend a hand. If you stand back far enough you can hardly notice the runs he's left us.
