FLiP Camperdown is a 3-home development on a ~500sqm site, previously occupied by a single dwelling and a leaky, written off garage. By removing (and rehoming) the existing structure, through open dialogue with our client FLiP was able to maximise utilisation of the site by delivering one 90sqm three-bedroom (NEST MID) and two 42sqm one-bedroom (FLIP MINI) homes, each on their own title. The transformation of the site increases density, and the one-bedroom units provide a sought-after model of housing in the heart of the film production hub on the eastern edge of Wellington city.
