These images are more focused on the details of our Apartment Project on Cambridge Terrace in Wellington.

In this angular design, the idea of ‘framing’ is being portrayed using colour externally but also internally with an overhanging frame in the kitchen and the placement of certain windows. Sometimes even framing the view with a glimpse of the red frames outside, a constant connection between out and in.

The perforated panels externally were intended to allow light in and provide privacy. But they are also moveable which makes the facade a dynamic and ever-changing aspect of the design! The occupants have a level of agency over the appearance of their home.

We’ve got something special in the works for this project which we are excited to share! Keep an eye out over the coming month 👀

Great to see this extravagant extension to a modest existing cottage at Khandallah slowly come to life.
The extension housed an elongated open plan kitchen and living space with a sheltered deck, also expands to an elevated separate master bedroom that has an uninterrupted harbour view.

The entry also will be featured with insitu concrete wall.

It has been a very eventful year in 2020, but realising how lucky we are in NZ, certainly makes us appreciate life in general a lot more.
We welcome 2021 to be another eventful year but in a much better way.
