The wide frosted glass diffuser creates a warm, even glow, while the matte black aluminium base grounds the piece with architectural weight. No decoration — just balance, material contrast, and light doing the work.

Designed as a sculptural object that sits comfortably within refined interiors.

Light tells the time

A quiet clock that trades ticking hands for shifting light.
Recycled frosted polycarbonate diffuses a soft glow.
CNC-machined recycled aluminum holds the form still.
Inside, a mapped array of RGBW LEDs moves with time, not against it.

This concept was created for a forward-thinking client - exploring how sustainable materials and ambient technology can reshape everyday objects.

Today, we celebrate the 93rd birthday of Dieter Rams—a designer whose work didn’t just shape products, but shaped principles.

At Neat Design Studio, his ethos continues to guide us.
