Historic water damage, a full subfloor rebuild, and a home worth saving (like all homes, of course).

We carried out extensive structural repairs before new recycled rimu flooring was installed to match the original character and charm of the home and maintain its heritage feel. 🌳

The project was completed with a new minimalist kitchen, blending modern functionality with the home's existing charm. A careful balance of restoration and contemporary upgrade.

This project paired a full kitchen replacement with structural layout changes - internal walls removed for more flow, new timber flooring throughout, and finished with stone benchtops and composite finishes. A practical upgrade with a strong focus on how the home actually gets used every day.

An outdoor space that works as hard as the people using it. 🛝

This early childhood outdoor space needed more than a tidy-up - it needed a rethink. New decking and steps, enclosed play areas, weatherproof blinds, and improved security and access all came together to create a space that's safer, more functional, and ready for whatever Wellington weather - or kids - throw at it.

Not every project is about building something new. 🏡

This 1900s character home needed a full reclad after significant borer and water damage to the original bandsawn cladding. We took the opportunity to improve the entry, remove the existing porch, and rework the front elevation to reflect the home's original character.

Historic homes deserve to be done right. Old bones, new life.
