Removed the old chain link fence and constructed a new one, ensuring seamless integration with the existing fence to prevent the dog from escaping. Additionally, a jockey wheel was installed on the gate to rectify the dropping issue and alleviate strain on the post. It was a productive day.

Put down some beautiful Tasmanian Blackwood flooring over the last few days in the gompa at karma choeling buddhist monastery. Had to take up the old chip board and plane and straighten then lay 20mm T&G over the up with hidden fixings, all ready for the floor sanders and a few coat of oil and it will pop
