Project Completed: Roofing Industries 🥳

We’re honoured to see Roofing Industries now operating from its new purpose-built manufacturing facility, delivered by ARCO Group.

The development features a 2,200m² warehouse and 312m² office, designed to support the production and distribution of metal roofing, cladding, and rainwater systems to the construction sector.

Completed in just 12 months, the facility includes a drive-through logistics bay, gantry cranes, and specialist manufacturing infrastructure, all designed to improve logistics efficiency, manufacturing workflows, and customer experience.

Delivered by ARCO’s experienced design and build team, this project reflects the value of tailored industrial design-build solutions that support both performance today and growth into the future.

A new project is underway!

ARCO Group and Greenstar Properties have partnered with our client on a new 1,287m² commercial land and building package at our Southend Ave Business Park, with the contract now signed and the project moving into design and delivery.
The flythrough lets you explore the purpose-built facility planned for the site and how the development will come together.

Site Update - National Storage🚧

Another strong step forward on the National Storage project! The upper level slab preparation and foundation boxing are progressing steadily, while retaining wall construction is nearly finished. On the lower level, platform preparation is well underway, with the MSE wall approaching completion.

Great to see the site gaining momentum as the project continues to take shape.

The OMB refurbishment is really starting to take shape, with the petition walls and glazing now complete.
We’re now moving into the next exciting phase: painting, installing the feature ceiling dome, and fitting the heritage hardware that will add character and refinement throughout the space.

Huge credit to the entire project team for the collaboration, precision, and craftsmanship that’s driving this momentum.

Major progress at Educated Furniture! The steel structure is now complete and roofing is well underway. This week, we poured over 350m³ of concrete. The building is really coming to life, marking a major milestone made possible by an exceptional team effort.

Great progress on site as the warehouse slab was successfully poured in December. Up next, we’re moving into the office slab and structural steel works as momentum continues to build.

A major new development is progressing for Educated Furniture with this 1,693m2 project being constructed by ARCO Group and Greenstar properties. The ARCO team has now been on-site for 13 weeks, during which the precast panels and office foundations have been successfully completed. The upcoming stages will see the installation of structural steel and the reinforcement of the warehouse slab. With this project, the team at Educated Furniture is taking significant steps toward expanding its operations.

We are pleased to announce our latest project development at Awanui Blomfield Satellite campus. This exciting project involves the construction of a brand new, purpose built teaching facility designed to enhance learning opportunities and support the growing needs of the school community.
