Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead – Compliance, Audit & IMS to support the implementation and maintenance of ISO/Integrated Management Systems (IMS), compliance monitoring, audit readiness, personnel verification, and site compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation, updating, document control, and maintenance of ISO/IMS documentation and audit records.
• Assist in ISO certification and renewal audits, including preparation of required documents, records, and supporting evidence.
• Track Non-Conformities (NCs), observations, corrective actions, and closure status in coordination with relevant departments.
• Maintain and monitor employee documentation, including medical fitness, police verification, client approvals, site inductions, and competency clearances.
• Monitor Personnel On Board (POB) compliance for site and off-site personnel.
• Coordinate with HR, HSE, Operations, Technical, and Site Teams to ensure timely completion of pending compliance requirements.
• Follow up on expired, incomplete, or outstanding documentation and escalate critical gaps to the Senior Lead.
• Conduct periodic site compliance inspections/checks during site rotations and verify the availability and validity of required records.
• Support the coordination and closure of client observations, audit findings, and compliance gaps.
• Prepare compliance trackers, management reports, dashboards, and periodic status updates.
• Maintain an organized system for the proper filing, control, and retrieval of ISO/IMS and compliance records.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, Engineering, or Industrial Projects will be preferred.
The position requires willingness to travel to remote and project sites as per operational requirements.
