Boiler Light-Up Ceremony – Crushing Season 2026–27

The Boiler Light-Update Ceremony for the Crushing Season 2026–27 was conducted with great enthusiasm, marking an important milestone in the operational readiness and commencement of the new crushing season at TSML Unit – RH. The occasion reflected the commitment, dedication, and collective efforts of the entire management and operational team toward achieving operational excellence, ensuring plant reliability, maintaining safety standards, and achieving production targets throughout the upcoming season. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. Kashif Khan Lodhi, Senior General Manager, TSML Group; Col. Azam Hanif (Retd.), GM Mills; Mr. Mudassar Ramzan, DGM Technical; Mr. Asif Raza Malik, Technical Manager; and Mr. Ameer Hamza, Assistant Manager Mechanical, TSML Units – Copper & Sugar, whose leadership, technical expertise, and continued commitment play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of the plant. The successful preparation and readiness of the boiler system represent a significant achievement in the coordinated efforts of the Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Cane, Accounts, and other supporting departments, whose teamwork and professional contributions are essential to ensuring the smooth commencement of crushing operations. The Mechanical Department remained focused on equipment readiness, maintenance, and operational reliability, while the Electrical Department contributed to the availability and reliability of electrical systems, and the Chemical Department supported process readiness and operational requirements. The Cane Department played an important role in coordinating cane-related arrangements, while the Accounts Department provided essential financial and administrative support for the timely ex*****on of operational activities. The collective contribution of all departments, under the guidance of the senior management, demonstrates the spirit of teamwork, coordination, and shared responsibility that forms the foundation of successful industrial operations. This ceremony symbolizes not only the readiness of the boiler for the new crushing season but also the beginning of a renewed commitment to safe operations, uninterrupted production, improved efficiency, effective resource utilization, and the achievement of organizational objectives. With the dedicated leadership of the management and the collaborative efforts of all departments and employees, TSML Units – Paper & Sugar look forward to a productive, safe, and successful Crushing Season 2026–27.
