Our employees are the driving force behind Biolin Scientific’s success. Today we are excited to recognize the bright new talent, our Rookie of the Year 2025, Shubham Jain.

Shubham joined us last year as a Field Application Scientist. From day one, Shubham has been eager to learn, quick to connect with colleagues, and incredibly motivated to meet customers. He was already asking, “When can I start traveling, meet customers, and get the job done?” as soon as hands-on training began.

Over the years, no one has ever received as many nominations as Shubham – an achievement to be truly proud of. Colleagues describe him as having the perfect balance between ambition and humility, expertise and hard work. One nominator even wrote: “Can I vote twice for the same person?"

This is how Shubham described his role- "The most rewarding part of my role is operating where science and business intersect. This role constantly challenges me to think beyond the obvious — to connect scientific understanding with real-world needs and create solutions that deliver meaningful impact"
