Meet Max Epplen, our Area Sales Manager for the German-speaking markets - Germany, Switzerland, and Austria! 🌟
Max isn't new to Talurit Group - far from it. He first joined the company six years ago through his thesis and went on to spend five years as a Production Engineer at our facilities in Germany, where his main focus was the automation of our production processes - work that resulted in some exciting projects and real improvements on the floor. So when Max stepped into his sales role at the start of this year, he brought with him a deep, hands-on understanding of the product built from years on the production floor.
That technical background is already proving invaluable. Understanding how things are made means Max can quickly get to grips with what a customer actually needs and find the right solution. His approach centres on understanding each customer's needs, building trusted long-term relationships, and always communicating transparently.
What keeps Max at Talurit after all these years? The people. He describes the atmosphere as friendly and family-like, with a great team spirit. That sense of connection carries over into how he works with customers too.
Away from work, football has been a lifelong passion - he started playing as a young child and has gradually moved into coaching. He also has a quietly creative side: Max enjoys cooking and experimenting with new dishes, something his colleagues might not yet know about him! 🍳⚽
