Today, Mihajela is a Line Leader in the MI production line, where she is responsible for organizing work, supporting her team and ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.

Romana Ovsenek joined Iskra on August, 1985, and has dedicated more than four decades to growing alongside our company.

She began her journey in production before advancing into the role of machine technologist, gaining valuable technical expertise. Today, as a Production Line Leader, she continues to lead by example, sharing her knowledge and supporting the next generation of colleagues.

Throughout her career, Romana has taken pride in continuously learning new skills, mastering various production technologies and machines while embracing every opportunity to expand her expertise. For her, working with supportive colleagues and having diverse, engaging tasks has kept every day meaningful.

When asked to describe Iskra, she chose two words: safe and reliable—qualities that have defined her career for over 40 years.

Her advice to new employees is simple yet timeless:
"Be patient and never stop learning."

Through our 80 Years, 80 Stories campaign, we are celebrating the people whose dedication, experience, and commitment have shaped Iskra's journey across generations. Romana's story reminds us that continuous learning and teamwork are at the heart of lasting success.
