It's dark or the weekend and you have an emergency!
Here's some general guidelines to follow for after-hours service and what truly constitutes as an emergency
NO ❌
"there is a slow water drip underneath my faucet in my cabinets!"
"one of my toilets is clogged but I have four others that are usable!"
"my AC is working, but it won't cool my house down to 68 degrees and its 85 outside with 100% humidity and no cloud cover"
YES ✅
"there is water GUSHING into my basement from a broken pipe!"
"I smell gas!"
"we have no water!"
"the ONLY toilet I have at my house is leaking or unusable"
MAYBE 🔮
"my air conditioner isn't working"
Our on-call technicians triage all emergency after hours calls. That means that a gas leak, plumbing leak, etc. are prioritized to be dealt with before other emergencies.
While not having air conditioning when it's 85 degrees, humid, and sunny is a major inconvenience, it is not as emergent as other situations.
If you call after hours on a sweltering weekend, just know our technicians are addressing everything as much as they possibly can and that may come with a wait time for non-emergent service!
Thankfully, the weather seems to break tomorrow with cooler evening temperatures and lower humidity through the weekend. 🙌
